Whether you’re looking for a romantic day date for your Valentine, or a fun Girl’s Day with your best pals, next week’s annual Be Mine with Wine Event on the Niagara Wine Trail is sure to please!
Valid for two whole days, 2/17 and 2/18, ticket holders can visit 11 participating wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail and enjoy a specialty dessert and wine pairing at each location, plus 2 additional wine samples at every stop!
Here at Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery, guests will get to choose from 5 different Ghiradelli chocolate squares, each matched with their own distinct dry or sweet wine pairing.
Featured Pairings include:
- A Gust of Sun Winery: Lindt Dark Chocolate Strawberry Truffles paired with a flight of three wines
- Anthony Manor Winery: wines paired with Lindt Lindor truffles
- Bella Rose Winery: pairing TBD
- Black Willow Winery: pairing TBD
- Honeymoon Trail Winery: wines paired with assorted cheesecake samples and chocolates from Della’s Chocolates
- Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery: choose from a collection of curated pairings with Ghiradelli chocolate squares
- Mayer’s Lake Ontario Winery: our own Chocolate Cherry Pizza paired with Cabernet Franc, Estate Red and Sour Cherry Cider
- Schulze Vineyards & Winery: chocolate covered potato chips, from Four Brothers handcrafted chocolates.
- The Winery at Marjim Manor: choice of mini-cheesecakes or brownies
- Victorianbourg Wine Estate: a selection of fine European chocolate candies paired with any of our wines
- Vizcarra Vineyards at Becker Farms: pairing TBD
